The money provided will be mainly used to distribute or air 10Plan videos as commercials or ads through various means. The money will also be used to support the site and it's associated costs. My take. 10%.

If you choose the yearly plans, you will have the option to either include a link back to your business or site; or if you donate $1 Million or more, you will have the option to include graphical advertisements on the site. This can be used for advertising your business or site as long as it is not considered to be objectionable material. The links to businesses or sites will be displayed in order of the highest donations first. If the number of donors becomes too great to display all the links, they will be displayed randomly, ensuring that each donor is equally displayed.

OWNERSHIP

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on 10Plan.com, DonkeyPlan.com, and 10Plan, LLC content belong to 10Plan, LLC and/or third parties (which may include you or other users.) The 10Plan, LLC reserves all of its rights in 10Plan, LLC content and 10Plan, LLC Online Services. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by the 10Plan, LLC or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold 10Plan, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability, loss or damage, cost or expense, including but not limited to court costs, attorneys' fees, and any awards or damages caused by, relating to or incident to: (a) your use of our Services; (b) the Site; (c) claims by your customers or (d) the products and/or services offered through the Site.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

We may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by others who are independent from 10Plan, LLC’s website ("Third Party Sites"). We have not reviewed all of the Third Party Sites linked to the Site and are not responsible for the content of or any products or services offered on such Third Party Sites. 10Plan, LLC makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such website. Your linking to any other website is at your own risk.

From time to time, 10Plan, LLC may display or otherwise make available promotions, advertisements and/or offers provided by third parties ("Third Party Promotions"). You understand and agree to hold 10Plan, LLC harmless and agree that 10Plan, LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for such Third Party Promotions. If you participate in, click on, or otherwise link to such Third Party Promotions you do so solely at your own risk. Your sole remedy in connection with such Third Party Promotions will be with the third party.

PROCESSING OF ACCOUNT PAYMENTS

10Plan, LLC may use third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ("ESPs") to process financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle such transaction and you irrevocably agree that 10Plan, LLC may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted on the Site. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable ESP, and in the event or conflict between these Terms and the ESP's terms and conditions then these Terms shall prevail.

MODIFICATION & TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and will note the date it was last revised. These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or 10Plan, LLC as described below. If you choose to terminate your legal agreement with 10Plan, LLC, you may do so by canceling Your Account on the Site.

We may terminate these Terms, terminate your access to all or part of the Site or our Services, or suspend any user's access to all or part of the Site or our Services, at any time, without notice to you, if we believe, in our sole judgment, that you have breached or may breach any term or condition of these Terms, if we believe it is required by law, or otherwise. If we terminate your service, or you terminate the service, you will not be entitled to any refund of any sum you have paid us, and we may delete any User Material or other materials relating to your use of the Site and/or our Services on Company’s servers or otherwise in its possession. You acknowledge that Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site and/or our Services.

You shall be charged the full amount of the fee for the month in which our Services were terminated. All sections which by their nature should survive the expiration or termination of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this agreement.

DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTIES; LIABILITY LIMITATION

10PLAN, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE 10PLAN, LLC SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME 10PLAN, LLC MAY REMOVE THE 10PLAN, LLC SERVICE FOR INDEFINITE PERIODS OF TIME, OR CANCEL THE 10PLAN, LLC SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE 10PLAN, LLC SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE 10PLAN, LLC SERVICE ARE (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY 10PLAN, LLC) “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FO MERCHANTABILITY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
